Lacey has always been interested in the health and wellness field. She grew up just north of Kingston, where was on many sports teams throughout her life. This led to her getting her Fitness & Health Promotion diploma at SLC in Kingston in 2016. After working in a placement with an Athletic Therapist at Hydrathletics, she realized she wanted to embark down the road of therapeutics. She then completed the Massage Therapy program and has successfully become a Registered Massage Therapist. She is thrilled to work with all types of clients to help aid them in their journey to discovery, recovery, and maintenance of their physical health and injuries. One size does not fit all in Lacey’s mind when it comes to clients, as each client’s needs vary. She enjoys tailoring her treatments to their individual needs.

Outside of work Lacey enjoys going to her personal training sessions with her coach, enjoying time at home with her dog, and bonfires.

Laura has always had a passion for caring for others. She grew up in a small town just north of Kingston. Laura graduated massage therapy school in April 2019 and soon became a Registered Massage Therapist as of August 2019. Laura’s main focus is rehabilitation for her clients and believes that not one treatment should be the same by adapting to her clients needs. Laura comes to us with five years experience as a Physiotherapist Assistant and a background of fitness and health promotion.
