Piroska graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage School in 2003 specializing in sports massage therapy. She started her career in a multidisciplinary sports clinic focusing on professional and elite athletes’ recovery from injuries and enhancing their performance. While there, she wrote 2 articles that are published in “Massage Therapy Canada” as well as co-authored a manual for the Canadian Irish Rugby team.

Piroska’s work at Shouldice Hospital consisted of treating patients’ incision sites 24 to 48 hours post op. She worked alongside a team of surgeons and nurses for post-operative pain management and recovery, which proved to significantly reduce reported cases of complications. During this time she made presentations at the INCAM research symposium, the International Massage Therapy Research Conference, at several collages in the GTA, as well as to the surgical team at Shouldice hospital.

During her down time, with her grandchildren at her side, Piroska loves to work in her garden, tackle puzzles on rainy days and cook up a storm in her kitchen.

Piroska is not currently accepting new clients.
